Over the decades, the area of the stadium has changed from a huge oval to a quadrilateral; its capacity also changed several times. On the 12.5 acres occupied by the stadium, modern facilities such as two four-star hotels, five restaurants, conference facilities, a nightclub, underground parking, a health center, and a business center have been built.
