Most perishable goods require a very specific temperature to preserve their quality during transport. The reeder containers have become the key for transportation. High freezer containers are ideal for products like ice-cream or frozen fish which require extremely low temperatures (down to -40°C and below). Preserving the cold chain, these containers allow the shipping of highly sensitive goods anywhere in the world. In addition to the maritime offer, many company provide customers with a global door-to-door service and tailor-made inland solutions (rail, road and river) for good connections. To guarantee that the "cold chain" remains intact throughout the journey, reefer containers need a permanent supply of electricity.
