Newspaper Sizes
There is no uniform standard for the size of newspapers in the world, so newspapers have a variety of size formats from country to country. The most commonly used are Broadsheet, Berliner, Tabloid and Compact. Among them, Broadsheet is the most used, and there are differences in the size of Broadsheet in different countries.
The average length of a normal adult man’s arm is 25 inches (63.5 cm). If we compare this, the width of a newspaper is about 0.5-1 times that of an arm, and the height of a newspaper is about 0.7-1.1 times that of an arm.
