Bernedoodle Size report
Mini BernedoodleIf you are looking for a smart and loyal dog that can be your life partner, then Bernedoodle is your best choice. This breed is a perfect cross between a Bernese mountain dog and a poodle. These mixed fluffy gems combine the advantages of two dog breeds: Poodles' bright and low-shedding coat and Bernese's laid-back yet incredibly loyal nature.
The Bernedoodle is the perfect companion dog. Although many are stunning, they are not bred for the show ring. They are meant to be at your side no matter whether you are hiking, snowshoeing, or lying on the couch watching a movie; their only job is to be your best friend.
Although Bernedoodle should ideally be a perfect hybrid breed, all puppies may look different from each other and may have different personalities. No two Bernedoodles are identical. The genes from the parent breeds meld in unique ways. We introduce more basics of Bernedoodle size and nature in the following section.
Bernedoodle Basics
Bernedoodles are a mixed breed between a Poodle and a Bernese Mountain Dog. If you don’t recognize Bernedoodles, you might realize its other common nicknames: Bernese Mountain Poo, Bernesepoo, and Bernepoo. The Bernedoodle adapts well to cold temperatures, is affectionate to people, and is the perfect friend to families or kids.
As a cross-breed, there is a lot of variety in the Bernedoodle’s looks. Most Bernedoodles’ coat color is similar to the Bernese Mountain Dog’s one: they come in different shades of black with white and brown coloring. Their coat is a mixture of the Poodle’s and Bernese Mountain Dog’s one: long and wavy and usually shedding much less than a double-coated dog.

The standard-sized Bernedoodle gets the loyal but calm nature of the Bernese Mountain Dog as well as the playfulness and lovingness of the Poodle. And the personality of the mini and tiny Bernedoodle is pretty similar across the board. They can be high-energy dogs that get excited easily and are very active overall. The mini or tiny Bernedoodles could bark quite a bit, but they may get easily stressed out due to their small size.

But, if you do not provide them with plenty of chew items, they can and will start to chew your furniture, shoes, walls, etc. Due to their high energy level, you should have enough time to play with and train them.
