ACNL Building Size report
"Animal Crossing: New Leaf" is a 3DS simulation management game developed by Nintendo headquarters and is the sixth game in the "Animal Crossing" series. The game was first revealed on April 21, 2012, and released on November 8, the same year. In 2016, the game was updated, and a physical version of "Come on!" was released that included the updated content " Animal Crossing amiibo+."
The player will go to the animal village as an invited human resident in the game. After taking over the role of "village chief," the player will manage and build the village with his assistant. After communicating with villagers and getting their support, the player needs to build public facilities on the island and formulate the rules for the development of the village.
Villagers are the game inhabitants that live in the player's village. There are many animal villagers in the game, and each player can only have up to 10 villagers in the village managed by the player. Are you ready to enjoy the joy of building the village? The first thing we would like to explain is the villager house and other building sizes.
ACNL Building Size Guide
The map in the ACNL game is not particularly large. Players can plant flowers, dig fossils, fish, catch insects, etc., and build their village on the island. In addition, players can also take a boat to the South Island from the beach on the south side of the village and freely bring back what they like on the South Island to the village. There are various buildings on the island, and the planning of the buildings largely determines the beauty of the village.
How would you like to plan the buildings on your island? The first thing to do is to understand the dimensions of the different buildings. Once you know the size of the island and the individual buildings, you can use the proportional relationship to each other to draw a map. It is recommended that players use an Excel table for planning and set both the row height and column width to 1 as a 1X1 plot in the game. Then make the corresponding size of each building.
ACNL Villager House Sizes
In addition to player houses, villagers each also possess their own house; they usually move onto signposts around town. Each villager's house differs in appearance slightly and is furnished differently. When a villager moves out, their house will vanish from town, leaving behind a signpost and a patch of bare ground. Other players usually cannot enter villagers' house unless the villager is inside. Villagers sometimes invite the player over to their house, and the appointment time (chosen by the player) must be at least 30 minutes into the future.
- Houses owned by villagers are always 4 x 4 in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
ACNL Main Buildings Sizes
The island's total area is 70 small 68 blocks, excluding sandy beaches and irregular edges. The following are the main building sizes:
- All bridges are 4 spaces wide and only vary through the length of the water. You can build bridges over water that is 3-5 spaces wide.
- Inclines need 2 x 1 spaces on the cliff and 2 x 3 spaces on the land below for 2 x 4 spaces.
