A Series Paper Size
ISO 216 is an international standard is a universal standard all over the world except in North America (the United States and Canada) and parts of Latin America. All ISO 216 paper sizes (except some envelopes) have the same aspect ratio, √2:1. A series paper is the most commonly used paper series in the ISO 216 international paper standard, and the A4 format paper in the A series is the most commonly used paper size in the world.
Among the A series papers, A0-A10 are more common, and A11, A12, A13, 2A0, 4A0, A0+, A1+, A3+ papers are too large or too small, resulting in few usage scenarios, so they are not commonly used.
Each ISO paper size is half the area of the next larger size paper in the same series, as shown in the figure. The sizes of all A series format papers in cm, mm and inch are listed below .
